My 1st time visiting the Chateau. I was very impressed and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quite and exclusive getaway. I appreciate all the staff and their kindness. The strived to make sure our stay was pleasant.

I was told there was an elevator and there is not one. I can't climb stairs due to a recent medical condition. The so called elevator was a "WHEEL CHAIR LIFT!" YOU CANNOT USE IT ON YOUR OWN, As there is no handle to close it. It needs magnets on the doors so others can use it accordingly.

Very nice home and pool area was amazing

Dirty property. Dirty linens, sheets, towels. Dust and crumbs everywhere. Wrong hand soaps provided. Off-brand toiletries. It took 12 hr for the host to respond the first night. I could have stayed elsewhere for much cheaper and cleaner.
