The Rooms were horrible, filthy, dirty, with mold, no TV remote, and the walls and door knobs were filthy. We walked into the bathroom. There’s a giant cockroach on the bathroom counter. We asked for clean bath towels, but that never happened. We finally checked out when the toilet stopped working. Y’all know you need a toilet that flushes. Finally, we checked out and found a different hotel

When we arrived our room was still being cleaned. We asked for a different room and the desk said no, so wee waited. When entering the room the floor and all furniture cushions were saturated, as if they had just been shampooed. It soaked our socks and we could not sit down. My son was to sleep on the sofa pull out bed and we didn't want him on a wet bed. We asked to switch again, they agreed but said the room wasn't ready yet. We left our luggage behind the front desk and returned at 8 pm to our new room. It was also saturated wet, all of the carpet and couch/chair cushions had also been shampooed. At this point we were tired, checked to be sure the beds were dry, and dealt with it. We requested extra pillows, they smelled like smoke. The sheets on the sofa couch had brown stains. We wished we had left and went to a different hotel.

The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and kind upon checking in. The hotel has had several improvements but the bathtub could use some freshening up since sections of caulk were missing, and the tub was stained and discolored. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The room is large and clean. Good breakfast selection with coffee available for us early risers. They are still working through issues with a recently installed Spectrum TV issues and it is very difficult to find channels. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This hotel is slightly dated but it is clean and close to RDU

Pool was constantly closed during our stay. They tried charging me $250 for a comforter. I had to go through my bank and take care of it which took months as they werent cooperating. We will not atay at this hotel again. The food around the hotel was terrible, staff wasn't friendly, and you heard airplanes every few minutes throughout the day. We will never stay here again
