Everything was great we stayed at Home 2 Suite at other location before and decided to stay here in Raleigh. Just one inconvenience, our TV in the room wasn’t working and we informed the staff and waited about 45 mins and no one showed up so we had to kept it moving on our schedule. We came back in late and it’s too late to request a maintenance to fix the TV so there was no entertainment for us the whole time while we stayed there. We informed the front desk before we checked out and still we didn’t get any compensation or nothing. Very disappointed. I thought I saw the sign said they would make it right if we dissatisfied with the stay.

Not nice for a Hilton

Poor food choices for breakfast. Only one elevator working the entire week. Indoor pool was dirty and cloudy water with moldy smell. No one could even use the pool.
