The Managers and Frontdesk ladies at Home2 Suites were very nice to me, if any small issues did arise they worked them out, this is why when I come to Raleigh, I do not hesitate to stay here. The room attendants are always on their jobs and friendly, I do not hesitate to tip them whenever for their hard work. Thank you again Home2 Suites.

The room smelled like wet dog. Rooms should be separated as pet friendly and no pets. As a non pet owner the smell of dog is disgusting and I choose not to have an animal inside for that reason. So staying in a room that stinks of dog is not a good experience.

Don't stay anywhere else in Raleigh

Only place I stay when I come to Raleigh, which is at least 6x / year. Rooms are massive. Spaces to work and relax are separated so I don't feel like I'm working, sleeping and watching tv in the same place.

Everything was great we stayed at Home 2 Suite at other location before and decided to stay here in Raleigh. Just one inconvenience, our TV in the room wasn’t working and we informed the staff and waited about 45 mins and no one showed up so we had to kept it moving on our schedule. We came back in late and it’s too late to request a maintenance to fix the TV so there was no entertainment for us the whole time while we stayed there. We informed the front desk before we checked out and still we didn’t get any compensation or nothing. Very disappointed. I thought I saw the sign said they would make it right if we dissatisfied with the stay.
