The front office staff member that assisted me when I checked in was super sweet and helpful….. buuuuuut other than that I’m glad we only needed to sleep and wash the next morning because this was NOT a place I would have stayed and DEFINITELY NOT another night!!!!!!
The pictures are probably from when this place was originally established because everything was VERY USED. In addition to the look itself the room was not properly cared for/cleaned by housekeeping. They did not complete the process!!!! There were crumbs on the floor (literally a whole section that couldn’t be missed by a blind person) and they didn’t even complete making the bed. So the gentleman that checked me in came to the room and completed the making of the bed and vacuumed. What he could not do, without a magic wand, was make the room look like the pictures or get the odd smell from the room and curtains (LISTEN it wasn’t my idea to smell them in the first place but when I went to close them the smell coming off of them was inevitable).
I’ve booked extended stays before and have found some beautiful places (for less than I spent here) so I figured why not!?!? WellI’m got the WHY NOT on this one and I would NEVER book with or recommended this facility again!!!!!!! But the gentleman in the office deserves a raise because he was doing his job and others and was the BEST part of this experience.
If I had the time to focus on booking elsewhere I would have and wouldn’t have bothered with a refund!!!!
