My stay overall was good however I had requested room cleanup and never received it which meant, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and washcloths, and dispose of my trash it was point. I didn’t even have a clean trash bag because they didn’t pick up the trash.

The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not open the night I arrived, nor was it open on the morning of my departure. It was disappointing that you had to go to the front desk to just get lotion. The snack station was not fully stocked. However, I was extremely pleased with the front desk personnel who were welcoming and pleasant.

Great Stay Bad Room house cleaning service

My stay was honestly really good and relaxing.When I arrived no one was there to greet me because it was only one clerk there at that time.But when the next clerk came to the desk he was very polite,professional,informative and he did it all with beautiful smile.When I got to my room it was amazing.It smelled cleaned and the king size bed was perfect. I checked the rest room that had fresh towels and cleaned also.Finally after my long drive I decided to shower and get something to eat.Listen you can walk to restaurants their do close to the hotel and so is the mall! The bar was ok except I stood there waiting so long the clerk at the desk had to tell the lady that she had someone waiting.Finally she comes out(no smile or greeting) so I ordered an “old fashioned”.I now see her looking upset until she told me that my drink was almost finished but she discovered that she was out of Maker Mark(bourbon)and she tells me I need to pick what I want to go in the old fashion even though she was the bartender. The drink sucked! But anyhoo…I went out that night and came back too my comfy room. Fast forward the service for the room wasn’t good. I had to change and make up my bed on the second day out of my three night stay.The trash was emptied by me and the towels that was placed in the uncleaned room was put up by me.There’s mold in the shower and I later found out that the refrigerator didn’t work.But my overall stay was good and I would come back.But they do need to address the issues
