Don’t be fooled by the rating. This property is listed as a 3 star hotel with an “excellent” rating but should be classified as a 1.5/2 star motel with a “good” rating at best. Building exterior and interior is definitely showing its age. Lobby furniture and hallway carpets are dirty, elevator is dark, and rooms do not have microwaves. There is a shared microwave in each hallway and housekeeping only freshens the room every 4 days or upon request. 4 days without dumping trash, providing new towels, and a room refresh is insane…why would anyone have to ask. The security deposit is $100 which is a bit high given the class of this establishment. It appears that the room we were in may have undergone a semi renovation which was cheaply done. The hot shower with good water pressure was the best feature. The price point for this hotel was mid range, certainly not super expensive BUT not below average. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool was closed for the off season - but did it have to be green? Would not stay again.
