Arrived at the property at 12:30am to be informed that there is no running water. Apparently maintenance had broke something the morning of that day and never came back to fix it. Completely unacceptable. Was told we could stay or find another place to stay and get refunded. After flying all day, no thank you. They didn't even offer us a bottled water or any other solution other than "use the reserve in the toilet for probably one-two flushes". As soon as the staff there knew the maintenance wasn't going to come back to fix it, they should have called us, that way we could've found another place to stay. The way the staff handled this situation was unacceptable. I didn't pay to stay here and not even be able to take a shower.

Quick overnight stay

The room was clean and spacious. It was good for a quick overnight stay. Only problem was the tv was not user friendly. Other than that it was great.

We went to check in a little after 11p, but when we arrived we were informed the whole hotel didn’t have working water. They could have contacted us beforehand about the issue so that we could’ve made other arrangements sooner. Instead, we were left scrambling around the town trying to find another room.

The property is dated. It does show somewhere and tear the carpets some of the paint and there were holes in the couch in the lobby. The staff is Super. The staff is accommodating. I felt safe there. People were kind. The beds were comfortable. It was reasonable for the price it was clean. It’s just outdated.

The floors were disgusting!!!

The pictures online make the room look really nice. It looks a little more dingy in person. The room wasn't bad, but the carpet, it was filthy. If I didn't have white socks on I wouldn't have known. It really made me question if anything was clean in this hotel. I told the person at the desk when I checked out how dirty the carpet was and I showed him the pictures of my socks. He apologized and said he would get someone up there to look at it. I wouldn't stay here again.
