Staff was friendly. The lobby has an awful smell. Our bed was comfortable, room was large, but the shower curtain has stains and the restroom floor needed to be swept and mopped.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! When I checked in, I was the only woman I ever saw staying there. I checked out two houses later because I felt unsafe. The halls are not air conditioned, there is mismatched carpet, and you get the feeling nefarious deeds take place there. And I’ll never use Expedia again.

Our rooms were canceled when I only canceled one out of the 3 rooms booked. Cheap To pets still showed our confirmation but the property did not. We were stuck scrambling at 11:30pm for rooms for the night before my daughter re graduation. I had to pay an extra $105 over the amount originally booked. Extremely unhappy and expect a refund of the $105 at the very least.

We have stayed at this property before and it has was a pleasant stay. We arrived at our room late and did not notice the condition of the beds until the next morning. The sheets were yellowed and the quilts were stained. The floors were dirty. Towels were worn and yellowed. There were cracks in the bathroom sink and rust on toilet paper holders. The staff was very attentive and changed our sheets when we requested clean sheets. The new sheets were still thin and yellowed but at least they were clean. Again, the staff was very responsive, just the condition of the room was not what we have always expected and received of a Hampton Inn property.
