I somehow booked a smoking room !!!! They could not accommodate to the non smoking room unless I down graded to one king bed vs 2 queens. I’d still be responsible to pay the two queen price !!! I kept the smoking room on the account that they would send someone to spray the room with a fragrance spray. The housekeeper NEVER SHOWED UP? So all night I could smell nicotine badly. The rooms are way overpriced, you don’t get a microwave wave or even a small table to eat dinner on in your room. I can rent a super 6 room for 80 bucks including breakfast and a microwave I paid like 389.00 total rip off

Cleaning staff no complaints, they do good job in the rooms and common areas, the issue is none of the apartments have air conditioning, even though, they provide you fans. When checking-in, because I had 4 rooms, they did not provide me these rooms in the same side, and they had available, they should prioritize when someone has more than one room, to put them together, I did the reservation 4 months ago, but they don’t plan it. One of the common area does not have lights, so for a family reunion for dinner, no possible unless you go to the pool area which is in the other side, for check-out, they don’t have a drop-off box, so you have to call to a number just for they tell you, leave it in the room, when they can tell you that when checking-in. Personally I’m not going to that place next time. One more time, cleaning staff do a good job.
