This historical lodge is located on the bank of Lake Quinault. It is beautiful, has a couple rain forest trails right next to it, and some lawn games set up for guests. The room is clean, but could use some updates. There is no cell service at the lodge. They provide 90 minutes of free Wi-Fi per day per device. The Wi-Fi works best in the lobby and is spotty outside the main building.

Great for disconnecting from the grid and enjoying Nature. The limited free WIFI proved a bit too restrictive for us but we managed. They have antique radiators to heat the room that are pretty noisy so bring some ear plugs. Lots of history in this building and very close access to beautiful trails. Will come again but likely stay in the newer constructed rooms near the lake.

The lake Quinault lodge was amazing. Very calming and cozy. A beautiful view of the lake. Rooms were clean quaint. A perfect spot for the Hoh Rainforest sightseeing. Has alot for familys game room outside games. Humming bird feeders and there were alot of Hummers feeding. Definitely recommend this lodge.
Extremely disappointing. Having paid $350 for a room, I was shocked when we got a room with 2 beds squeezed in. Our bathroom sink at the end of the bed. No A/C and it was 85 degrees, No television in the room and internet access was for 90 consecutive minutes only. If you wanted it longer you had to pay through another company $16 per 5 gig. Trash in the windows that I cleaned out and barely lukewarm water to take a shower with. Not even going to start in about the rum and coke I got at the bar and got charged $21 for it. INSANE!!
Will never be back.
Also no elevator! Not to easy considering I have a torn meniscus and awaiting surgery. When I asked about a ground floor room I was told none available. UGH!
I’ve heard of needing to read the fine print but this was ridiculous.
Beautiful surroundings, family friendly. Lakeside rooms were large and comfortable. Food at the lodge was delicious.

Rooms were very old but spacious, no A/C, there is a provided fan but it definitely gets hot even with the window open.
The property itself is very charming the interior has character and the great lawn and mini beach/dock area is so nice!
No cell service at all, which made it hard to coordinate with some friends that were nearby. There were 90 minutes a day of continuous WiFi, otherwise it was paid.
Overall property was beautiful, but mattresses and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Also furniture in lobby was badly neede of repair and exterior neede renovation. We had stayed here many years ago and the property has gone way downhill since. Very sad
Iconic historic lodge on the shores of beautiful Lake Quinault. Room was clean and comfortable, but dated. The great room and grounds were spectacular and dinner in the Roosevelt Room was delicious. Great location, convenient to several rain forest hikes.
We loved the historic nature of the property, how quiet it was around the grounds, hiking across the street, very comfortable furnishings, and excellent meals at the dining room; the Smoked Salmon Hash with humming birds out the windows was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had.
If you want to get away from the world to experience the retro vibe with few amenities, this is the place. It has old world charm and good service and a touch of class.
