The room service for cleaning the rooms was a game of Russian roulette. If you’re lucky it’s done, if not you got to go looking for the cleaners and some towels. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the higher management who have them doing multiple tasks and very little support, shocking.
Good so many emergency kit like got the shoes, plastic bag, sewing kit etc…

We waited at front desk for ten plus minutes for check in. We tried to order room service after a very long day but no one answered the phone. So we went down to order food but no one was there so we headed to main reception and they came and took our order. When it finally arrived it was only half our order.the room was pretty clean the hotel is a bit run down but you get what you pay for.
We loved our stay here and for us the highlights were: 1. the room was lovely, comfortable, warm and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. But ultimately I would give 5 stars to the staff - EVERYONE was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. Well done.
