The venue was under construction and massive amounts of it. The water got turned off to the hotel all day on our first day there. It's quite out of the way. You need transport to get from the hotel to Queenstown. They did provide a free shuttle but it was only specific times. The water taxi service was good tho. I had booked for my partners 40th for the luxury factor and really didn't get it. It states that they have a spa and pool online which is what attracted us to it. It doesn't. They give you access to the Hilton's luxuries but you must pay for them. The staff were friendly and helpful. They knew everything about Queenstown and how it worked. So was a lil disappointed overall but it was a pleasant enough stay.

I was lucky enough to have a self contained apartment style room with own kitchen and laundry facilities.
Room featured a timber floor which made the room quite cold and tracked the dirt in from outside.
Heating wasn't very efficient for the large space.
