Unbeatable location in the heart of Old Quebec City. This property is exactly as advertised. I will definitely recommend to any friends or family that come up to QC.

This small hotel is in the perfect location for walking to all the local points of interest, restaurants, and shops. Our room was spacious, spotless, and I really appreciated the smooth tiled floors over any grungy carpeting (more hotels should do this). Loved the character of the brick walls and paned windows as well. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the sleek Murphy bed that doubles as a cushioned bench when closed is efficient and perfect for kids. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful rooms in an excellent location. Practically next to the chateau. Walkable to shops, restaurant, cathedral, and the stairs/funicular down to the lower parts of the city. Friendly front desk, though much is done through online communication. Was a little confused with their online instructions or Expedia messages and was expecting a code to enter, but then there was someone attending the front desk, though they are not always immediately there because they are doing a few other things. Anyway, was a short wait, but amazing and spacious room with everything you need and an excellently-working AC!

Location is perfect! The place it spacious, modern, nicely appointed and has all basic amenities you would need, nice to have laundry option right there! (*Although, we were told prior to staying that laundry detergent was there. It was not, we needed to get some while there. A small inconvenience, nbd). I will say they need to really clean the floors though! While unpacking, walking around the place barefoot for just a bit, and then hopped in the shower, my feet were black/filthy!! Yuk. Please wash the floors!!!!! That is my only complaint.

The property was under renovations. The rooms and halls were very clean and new. Great place to stay accommodated the parking as well thanks to Alex. One thing if you cannot do stairs older people perhaps would not be a good choice. Thanks
