This hotel has obviously undergone a lot of renovations. The colour combination is pleasing and makes the room, the bathroom and the hallways look neat and clean. The concrete block walls are helpful as many guests arrive after 1 a.m. or leave about 5 a.m. to meet the ferry schedule to and from Prince Rupert. (Go if you ever have the opportunity. It’s an amazing journey.) The hotel staff are very accommodating with check-in available until 3 a.m., should the ferry be delayed on ferry arrival days. Breakfast is available from 8 to 11 a.m. to let the late arrivals sleep in a bit. Appreciated! Although the Airport Inn is close to the airport I never heard or saw a plane.

We enjoyed our stay at the Glen Lyon. The view from Our room was spectacular! The room was a bit outdated but it had everything we needed including a jet tub ! The wraparound deck was so lovely! I appreciated the easy parking at no charge and the location is perfect. The restaurant was being renovated so I can’t comment on that. Would recommend!

Inn was not open on the weekend, so we had to go to Gus' bar, which was the next establishment over and check in at the bar. Once we got the key, the room was clean and big. No issues with our overnight stay.
