While i enjoyed the restaurants, staff, and the overall property; it is kind of a remote location with not much to do in the area. Also, Maury's had a great wine selection and cooked my Pittsburgh NY Strip perfectly!

Wonderful convention stay

I was here for a convention so we didn't have the chance to take advantage of everything but I will return for pleasure. Wonderful food options, so many ways to relax... I'm leaving this review because there's a staffer who worked with the catered food for the Florida Media Conference: Courtland. He went above and beyond (I have celiac) to make sure I knew which foods were safe. Please thank him for me and know that you need to reward him for being a huge part of making the experience here one I would gladly repeat. The food was amazing, too!

The sunseeker is like a Las Vegas hotel in Port Charlotte. There’s no beach but a beautiful, huge pool, the property has a signature scent, several restaurants and a food court with good food, a nice promenade to walk. You definitely need transportation for any offsite activities. Great staff, complimentary water on arrival, very accommodating.

Everything was amazing about this hotel until our shower started to overflow and they were in our room until 130a trying to fix it and couldnt. They did accommodate us to a different which our keys continued to fail at the door. I felt like they could have accommodated alot more for all the inconvenience.

The property itself is beautiful and could compete with any top resort. Maury's Restaurant is a must. The negative is the area around the report. Very old and no really good restaurants in either Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda.

Worth it on all levels

Food is fair , i would be more impressed with a more sophisticated up market dining option.Very nice, actually impressive. Reminds me of a traditional all inclusive resort in the Caribbean.
