The staff was really friendly when we checked in. The walls are unfortunately paper thin and we could hear the people next to us partying all night and the up all night arguing the next night. The beds aren’t very comfortable. It’s okay for a cheaper motel and does the trick for a place to sleep.

We came with 3 women for 3 rooms, so needless to say, we had a LOT of stuff.. Tim an employee, came out to our car and helped unload all our stuff.. We found all the staff to be very helpful to go out of their way to help us. We were there for 2 nights. My room was very clean, even though I was in one of the rooms that had not been renovated yet.

2nd time staying. Convenient and reasonably priced. Some updates to an older facility whichvwere nice. Nice clean bathroom. Beds are pretty firm and bouncy and we had a lot of noise from a nearby staircase and early am food prep. Got to BK late so not as many items available (we still got eggs, fried potatoes, muffins, yogurt) . Front desk staff are very nice and our beds got made and towels replaced without needing to be requested. All in all, we would stay again, but probably request 2nd floor in the future.

When I booked my room I requested two beds and that is what I paid for. When I arrived I got a king suite, which was not what I needed or wanted. The staff told me they were booked and there was no changing. My kids had to sleep on the pull out that was terrible. It was filthy and stained. I had to go purchase sheets from a near by Walmart.

The service was great. Appreciated the desk, work chair and refrigerator. The only negative was the carpet was stained and it would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on the ground floor unit next to the pool.
