The facility is older, loose tiles in the bathroom and it smelled like cigarette smoke. But the linens were clean and the bed was really comfortable.

When we arrived there where at least four people in the lobby. I am assuming these where friends or family members of the property owners or the staff at the time. No one was behind the counter to check us in. We had to wait for a gentleman to get up from his seat in the lobby. The additude the gave was as if we were an inconvenience/ disturbing his conversation. He started to check us in, and then a lady came up to the counter and he pushed us off onto her. She displayed the same additude of us being an inconvenience. Once we got into the actual room, which took us a few minutes to find because all we were told was your room is located in the back building, but not that the odd rooms were in the front. We found that the room had the distinct odor of pot. Also when taking a shower the water was barely warm, and did not last long. Also it seems that this property is used as an extended stay hotel as there were a few people that had lawn chairs they placed outside their doors. Over all I would not recommend this hotel.

The smell in our room is so bad that I cannot sleep and feel nauseous. The room is filthy and gross. There is grime and dirt easily visible everywhere. I don’t want to touch anything. The air conditioner unit is so loud and it still feels muggy and soggy in here with it on. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied. The pictures online make this place look way better than it is. I won’t dare to eat the breakfast they offer. This is so gross

Check-in difficulties, but nice room

Check-in was a nightmare. Even though I had booked and paid for the room, the person working the desk said he had no reservation for me. We arrived at the hotel at 3:10 p.m., but were not checked in until 4:15 p.m. It is only when the clerk actually talked to a hotels.com representative on the phone that our reservation magically appeared. Very frustrating. The room itself was very nice. It could have used a more thorough sweeping of the floor, but everything else was clean and well set up. There was a refrigerator and microwave available for use.

Overall good experiene....only exception was the cermic tile on the floor was extremely dirty....appeared fine to look at but after walking for a few minutes our feet were filthy

My advised the staff that my handicapped elderly mother would be traveling with me. There was only one handicap parking space on the lot. Also we had four people and got one wash rag and three towels. The loud music coming from the room next door with men going in and out all night and two girls staying there should have been a clue as to what was going on all the while a man sat outside in the car watching the room. I won’t be back to this motel and will not suggest it again.

Tub was nasty in poor condition. Faucet hung way off the wall - not flush with tub wall. You could see the PVC pipe. Check in guy looked very rough - no personality. No one at desk at checkout. Dropped off key.
