Cleanliness is good and nice staff. The hotel is right next to a busy road and traffic easily is heard in some rooms and can last late into the evening, and might affect air quality.

The room was nice, staff were very friendly. We loved the location of this hotel. It was walkable to many places. The rooftop was nice and relaxing with great views. I would stay here again.

This hotel is older but very well maintained. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The roof top pool provides enough sun and shade. We would stay here again.

Allot of dining options within 500 m. 3 minutes to the beach. Excellent message’s on the beach. Pool area on the roof quiet and relaxing. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included, very nice.

We had a room on the bottom floor. There were two dead roaches in the room when we got there. We found a live roach under the bed. The hot water in the bathroom did not turn on at all. The TV had a double visioned screen. There were no towels at all in the room so I had to go to the front desk to get them. The room was so musty smelling that we had to go to the store and buy air freshener just to make it through the night. We asked for a room transfer but were told there were none. We slept with the light on all night to keep an eye out/to discourage roaches coming out. They do offer a continental breakfast but to get that you have to wear a blue wristband that says "Breakfast" all day/night to get the breakfast the next morning. Seems unnecessary. Perhaps the other rooms are better but steer clear of floor level rooms!

I arrived and my room wasn’t available so I stayed at smaller room with two single beds and the next day I was moved to the best king size bed with balcony. José ( manager) is a very nice guy always vey helpful. Thank you. This hotel is for someone who wants to stay in PV and enjoy the culture.. not a fancy place that’s makes your experience even more enjoyable.

The property looked cute at first, nice courtyard, decorations, white and blue colour scheme. However, we did not enjoy our stay there. The bathroom didn't have any shampoo, shower gel, towels or hairdryer, and the tap was leaking and making noise 24/7. There was no blanket on the bed either (even though it's winter time and the nights get a bit chilly), the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and gave me a neck pain. The single pane window let all the noise from the street in, so this, coupled with really bad pillows and no blanket, ensured that a restful sleep was out of question. The wifi was really patchy, coming on and off all the time, which was really annoying. They also wanted to take a security deposit in cash, which is a practice I haven't seen in years, if not a decade, and we do travel a lot. So, overall, we do not recommend this hotel.

It is a close walk to the beach. It isnt that far to go to the shopping and watch fireworks . Uber was amazing. The room cleaning people where rude. Expect a wow factor.

They didn’t have blankets for the room. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee was terrible. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust at all. The staff made me run to the room to bring back remotes on check out and didn’t even know my keys won’t work. It was not worth the money I spent.

Great staff they work around the clock and very polite. Close to the beach, just a short 3 minutes walk to the beach, cab 🚕 in front of the hotel. Nice and clean.

The staff is very courteous, friendly helpful and professional, besides that the hotel’s location is very convenient because there is almost everything you need nearby in a walkable distance, I would definitely stay there again

If your thinking about coming here because it’s a good deal.. Don’t. Pay a little more for somewhere else. Unless you want to ask for towels everyday because they take them and don’t replenish unless you ask. Also elevators were broken. Street noise was wild. If you like sleep don’t come here. No hairdryers available either. If you get the suite with the kitchen, they wont supply sponges or soap. You probably have to ask for that too.

This was a perfect place for a gateway. You can cross the main street for restaurants or the best food place in front of the hotel. Pool was nice and hotel was clean. They only serve continental breakfast

The AC leaked on us all night. Could not sleep. Everything was falling apart from the ice bucket to the hanging soap dish. Extra cost for swimming towels, everything. Good for the price and location. Great place if you want to stay near locals and the swimming pool is awesome.
