I was king for week

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The facility is one highest locations in the area. From that vantage point you dine or have cocktails from an unforgettable setting. The staff is friendly and are unrelenting in their efforts to make your stay truly memorable. They arranged taxis, airport connections, in room dining. The location is a very short ride up the hill which gives privacy yet access to the romantica area for a $5-$7 Uber or taxi ride. They even changed small amounts of money to local currency.

WOW! The views are amazing and the service top notch! Grand Miramar is not all-inclusive and it shows the food and beverage choices are better than any all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at in PV. We will make this hotel are go-to from here on out! Love the boutique feel of the hotel!

My girlfriend arrived at the hotel one day before I did. Although I had already made the deposit online, the hotel staff insisted that no deposit had been made and refused to let her check in unless she paid it herself. She had to call me multiple times so I could speak with the manager and try to resolve the issue, which was incredibly frustrating. When I arrived the next day, the situation got worse. I had booked the largest suite the hotel offered, but the manager told me I couldn’t stay there because the room only allowed three guests. I asked if I could just pay for an extra person, but he insisted I had to book a completely separate room—even though I was willing to pay the difference. It made no sense, but I had no choice. To top it all off, when we were checking out, the bell boys rushed us out of the room, didn’t help with our luggage, and escorted us to the lobby as if we were criminals. It was a humiliating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This property is a hidden gem. Nestled above the town, it provides beautiful views of the bay. The service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our room had a king sized bed, a great living room space and a jacuzzi on the deck. Breakfast is included. I really loved this hotel, it’s relaxing and beautiful.

If you're looking for nightlife in PV, this isn't the place for you. It's a rough ride down and up the mountainside on cobblestones every time you want to leave. But if you want relaxation and beautiful views and an incredible breakfast every day... try it!

This place is the Beat of the Best! It worth every penny. The location is amazing is Paradise. The view is incredible! Friendly and professional, courtesy is what they have plenty. All restaurants near by are authentic Mexican cuisine, is delightful!

What an amazing property and the views are incredible. The staff was always super friendly and accommodating. Salvador Mendoza at the front was always so friendly and helpful giving us eating tips and making sure we were taken care of by the random taxi cab drivers. There was maid service and even turn down service with chocolates. The restaurant had very good food and the manager even greeted us and made us feel welcomed. The daily breakfast was great with an American style breakfast with pancakes and sausage and daily Mexican breakfast that changed daily. They even had an omelet custom made if you ask for it. Coffee was always good and great service. We had such a relaxing time at Grand Miramar. I would say the only thing about the property that we didn't like was that it was up the hill from the beach so it wasn't really walkable around the hotel and required taxis every time. But for that view...it was worth it. Our view was full panoramic seeing from Los Arcos to Nuevo Vallarta. Amazing sunsets! 5 stars across the board! Thank you Grand Miramar! We hope to be back again soon!!!
