They communicate well - we were checking-in almost a day late because our flights were rescheduled. Messaged them on whatsapp to inform them and they were kind to hold our reservation, even though we were 24 hrs late.

Excellent location. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite, courteous and quite accommodating particularly Nicholas during the day shift. Certainly recommend it highly.

the drain of Jacuzzi at suite room was overflowed with normal use at night. my clothes and electric devices got wet, but hotel manager said there is no issue and no compensation.

Excellent place. Amazing staff, beautiful lovation, easy safe 40 min walk to downtown. 7500 ars taxi. We loved the view and quietness. The food was really good and priced well. The bed was not the most comfortable one, probably need to replace some mattresses soon but it was un uncomfortable, very clean lively place.
