We stayed from Jan 6-13 3026.I will say the resort is great if you have bigger kids, there is a lot for them to do. However I found that my experience was par at best. I didn’t find the resort to be amazing in most aspects. The room was ok, I had requested a crib many times before my arrival and still had to go to front desk and request a crib. We drink a lot of water so we would call front desk everyday for a few extra bottles. One of the days that I called a man named Josefar said that I couldn’t have anymore bottled water because they already put some in my fridge. I thought was a little odd telling a paying guest they couldn’t have a few extra bottles since we can’t drink the tap water. We ate at Hunters steak house and my husband got very sick after, having to stay in the room 24hrs. The restaurant Grazie was very rushed service. They gave our pasta and main dishes together so while we ate one dish the other got cold. We ate at Agave on our last night and didn’t have a great experience. We were given apps to start which were great. It then took the waiters a very long time to come take our order, we had to get up and remind the waiter to come and take the order. After ordering it took 45 mins for our dinner to come out. We observed tables around us getting their dinners before us and they arrived after us. All the food was slightly cold when got to the table which was disappointing. My family wasn’t happy. I read reviews before booking, but still book at your own risk.

The resort looks beautiful, but there were a bunch of issues. I would pass on this resort specifically. A couple of the cards had terrible service where you’re waiting hours to get your food. We travel with a baby and they didn’t even bring us a crib until the second night despite me requesting one before we got there and once we arrived. There’s no hygienic handling of food. We saw someone with their hands, wipe their nose and continue making food. Two of my family members got sick most likely from the food. I definitely do not recommend this resort.

Food rate 0 , Overall, this hotel used to be good in the past, but it is now very outdated. The outdoor facilities were acceptable, but the hotel was extremely noisy. The interior of the rooms is worn out, everything feels old, including the showers. The entire property is in serious need of renovation. The main issue is the unbearable noise throughout the hotel, especially inside the rooms. Most importantly, the food quality was terrible. We experienced food poisoning on different nights.

The room's sound insulation is terrible—I can hear people flushing the toilet and taking showers next door. I can even hear conversations of people passing by in the hallway. The room conditions are the most budget-friendly I’ve experienced in Cancun. The bathroom wall even leaks water into the room, and the cleanliness isn't up to standard. However, the recreational facilities are quite good—the water park is a lot of fun.

Resort was good. Resort was at max capacity so getting service for items never happened. We needed an iron or steamer and requested it every day from the day we arrived and never received it. Wait at food truck was 15 mins easily. Kids club was nice. Spa was decent. Ins of amenities. NYE celebration and food Water at pool and lazy river was freezing. I would come again but NOT during busy season. Lastly, we had a room situation upon arrival that the staff tried to resolve which was appreciated but the issue was beyond their control. Consistent stories amongst staff would be appreciated regarding what they can and cannot do.

Wasn’t given the room we wanted and had put a deposit on when we got there. Check in was a 2 hour process with a time share talk. Not appreciated after travelling all day. Our group got food related illnesses throughout the week. Check out was a long process as well.

Worst Hotel to stay at. The front dest representatives were pathetic and totally indifferent to the Guests Needs. Especially ROBERTO at Front Dest was an absolute Idiot and very Rude to Me, My Wife and my 5 Year Old Daughter. My 5 year Old lost her wrist band and as a result we were charged $150 USD. I understand that - A Rule is a Rule and must be respected but Upon Request We were not even allowed to re-enter our Room for a final search of the Wrist Band and We were simply told that no matter what We have to pay. Our Luggage was already Loaded in the taxi upon checking out and still We were told to bring in our Passports to show at the front desk before paying. It was 5:00am in the morning and the kids were asleep yet We were told to unpack and present the Passport. Room Service staff was rude as well. For 3 consecutive days We were served Cold Milk for breakfast even though We requested for Hot Milk each day through the App and as a result my 18 month old wasn’t able to get milk when she woke up. Even after complaining to Room Service this mistake wasn’t recognized. Upon checking in the Front Desk informed us that since we booked through Expedia We will get $300 credit towards services we can avail during our stay specially At the Spa. But when We wanted to avail those services We were informed that We can only avail $25 out of that $300 towards one message session.

Always lots to do - waterslides, swim, beach, sports, entertainment.....There were MANY places to eat at all times of the day, and a variety of food options. Every room has an ocean view, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The amount of seaweed on the beach was well maintained by staff, and never a real concern - we were in the ocean every day without any issues. We would recommend this resort to friends.

The staff were great and very friendly. The Michael Jackson show was amazing and truly a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, it was very hard to sleep at night because there was no heat in the room—only air conditioning. The room was extremely cold, and I was shivering at night. I tried leaving the balcony door open to let warm air in, but housekeeping repeatedly closed it, making the room cold again. The housekeeping team also tucked the sheets in very tightly, which was uncomfortable, and the hairdryer cord was wrapped so tightly each day that it became frustrating to unwrap. Our room flooded twice—once into the bathroom and on the second day into the bedroom, which was very inconvenient. While the resort is kid-friendly in theory, there were long waits for high chairs. The pools were also an issue: only one pool was warm, while the rest were very cold, and most were too deep for young children. The food was okay, but the buffet was the same every day. Other resorts offer themed buffet nights, which makes dining feel more special and varied. Overall, despite the friendly staff and a great show, I would not recommend this resort to friends.

Service staff were wonderful. They were warm and kind. Check in was awful. We reserved connecting rooms for our family through the resorts website AS WELL AS by email. Upon arrival, we were told that they couldn’t accommodate us and that our rooms were on different floors. We were informed that room requests are only accommodated when available. This is confusing because we made these requests months in advance. The check in staff was dismissive and arrogant. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make this right and offered no avenue to remedy the situation. It set a very sour tone and a terrible first impression of the resort. The food was decent. Standard for an all inclusive. Buffet was repetitive and a bit boring. The food was rarely hot. It’s very hard to get reservations at the restaurants. You have to get up and get your chairs around the pool or beach before 7:00 am or you’re out of luck.

Room was in good condition, housekeeping was excellent. Resort was very busy. Food could be better. Pool lounge chairs are impossible to secure unless you wake up at 6am. Same for dinner reservations. Employees are nice and hard working. Jasmin from the buffet was the best server. I took a couple of fitness classes and Fatima is amazing! Entertainment was great too.
