I enjoyed the layout of the property. The swim out pool was clean and great. I hated that there was larvae in the shower stall, it took 1 days t I get a crib and my promise to have the door decorated never happened. I was beyond disappointed to celebrate his 1st birthday at this resort. It's sad because we've stayed at Royalton in St Lucia and it was fantastic!

Enjoyed everything except some of the food options. Really liked Hunters, Rio, and the French restaurant. Disliked The Cave restaurant. When we ate there - other guests didn’t not finish most of their plates either. Diamond club was worth it for the mini bar refill, snacks in diamond club, and the accommodating butler(s). The bar staff by the pool were 11/10.

I had an AMAZING time at the Royalton Splash Riviera. My sister and I started the week out celebrating my birthday, and ended the week celebrating the wedding of our friends. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL at every location. From walking out of the van from the airport, to check in, room service, each restaurant and event space, group activities, etc. The BEST experience for our first all-inclusive resort. Will be returning to this location and visiting more in the near future.
