"Great place to stay!"
Firstly, I would definitely return, the place is quiet and in a beautiful location, it isn't 5* as I know it, but it does have all the makings. The only issues I had which were small is the consistency in service, in some cases it was 5*, and at other times it was 2* (but on a very small number of occasions), so it becomes very dissapointing when you experience those 2* moments. Not everyone is All Inclusive and as a result it becomes a little disorganised at times, there are too many issues around whether or not you are All Inclusive or not and showing the All Inclusive cards. Don't get me wrong these are small issues, I would not normally return to somewhere I have already been, and I would have no hesitation in returning here, comfort, facilities, food choice, staff were very good and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

"Good hotel, convenient for Puerto Calero"
Overall, this hotel was very nice. The public areas were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of swimming pool provision and sun loungers available. There was a nice spa to relax in. We booked a sea view room view and we were on level 4 with a great view of the sea. The standard of cleanliness in the room and public areas was excellent. The decor of our room was very tasteful. The hotel was very conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the village of Puerto Calero. There was plenty of free parking in the roads outside. Having visited other areas of Lanzarote, Puerto Calero is a very clean harbour village with high quality restaurants and shops. There were some downsides to the hotel. Although the reception staff were generally really helpful there were a few exceptions. Our beds and pillows were not comfortable, and alternatives such as feather pillows were not available. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of high quality food, but smoking was allowed in much of the semi-covered breakfast area. In the good weather it was really nice to be able to have breakfast outside, rather than in the inside area which relied on artificial lighting, but it was difficult to avoid smokers (who were in the minority) without sitting at the rear of the semi-covered area, the only area where smoking was not allowed.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
