The room was ckean and the staff were very helpful.

My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport.

O check in foi rápido e tranquilo. O apartamento conforme a descrição, tinha os itens necessários para uma boa estadia. Apenas pontuo em relação a limpeza, feita muito tarde, em um dia chegamos e não havia sido feita a moça bateu na porta para limpar mais de 19h, queríamos descansar, então recusamos. Mas nada que desabonasse a estadia. Ar quente funcionando, cheveiro quentinho, cama boa, frigobar e microondas funcionando certinho, excelente pro nosso café da manhã. Localização muito boa e tinha estacionamento. Tinha também um lanchinho que eles ofertavam todos os dias.

staff is nice. good and safe area to stay. a shopping mall nearby. we had a good stay. we had only problem with the air-condition in the living room, it's not working too well. that's all.
