Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm.

The hotel is perfectly located in the main square with a full view from our room. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also in close proximity to great restaurants.

This was a very nice pension right in the old town area. Easy walk to the cathedral and excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful suggesting things.

Wonderful restful stay with excellent restaurants on site. Excellent staff, always there to assist. My only complaint (and this is a small one) is laundry service. Did not receive laundry back in 24 hours as advertised and had to complain several times about it before receiving it back at 8p (should have been back by 3p). Will definitely stay here again

I stayed here for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were in a villa. The villa was dark and smelled musty. When I checked in I was not informed there was a shuttle service to the city center so I spent money on taxis which was unnecessary. The first night I was visiting my daughter and reached out to the hotel to call a taxi. This request was refused! My cell could not make the call. The third night I stayed in a room in the main part of the hotel. This was a much nicer space - brighter and no musty smell.
