I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.

Excellent staff support. Very helpful and very friendly. I would have like do to see more towels in our room but the area is trying to go green and keep the CO2 footprint to a minimum.

Outstanding hotel in a great location.

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

we had a very pleasant stay, the interior design of the hotel, the room and the location were all excellent. The breakfast was in a nice sunny room, the food was nicely varied with great service. the staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, advice about musical performances.
