Bed was very comfortable. Room and hotel overall was in excellent condition.

I could tell that the bathroom had been renovated, which was a positive, but unfortunately the room itself felt quite tired. The shower hose was damaged, A/C system was very old and not particularly easy to use-it felt quite antique. The check-in was quick, although perhaps a little too quick. Apart from being given my room number, I was not provided with any information about the breakfast time, the hotel facilities, and where were located. There was also an empty bottle in the room intended for complimentary water, so I assumed there must be a water fountain somewhere in the hotel. I had to contact the front desk to find out where it was. I stay in many hotels every year, including hotels within the Rezidor Group, so I usually feel quite confident finding my way around a hotel. However, I can imagine that guests who are not familiar with the property could easily feel a little lost. At the same time, some guests may feel uncomfortable constantly having to ask reception staff for basic information, especially when the staff are busy. One thing I certainly cannot complain about was the breakfast. I was very pleased with it-everything was fresh and there was a good variety, with plenty of tasty options to suit different preferences. Finally, a very big thank you to Piotr, who made my family and me feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. He was an absolute superstar and a real credit to the company. His attitude and hospitality made a very positive difference to our stay.
