I called ahead of time, a few days days in advance, to ask if the pool would be up and running on the 2 days that I would be staying. The person on the phone said yes it would be. The first day I stayed it was open but the second day it was closed due to scheduled repairs!!! The manager didn’t do anything at all to help. He even promised a call back but that didn’t happen either. I guess even calling in ahead of time doesn’t help these days. My kids were so devastated since we only went there so they could use the pool.
