We had very worst experience this time with Doubletree, Princeton. I booked this hotel because of name, brand, service and comfort and ignored the other hotels in the vicinity in spite of they were available at cheaper rate. We had made a complaint for refrigerator that was not working and I made a complaint at the reception too but the issue was not resolved. Safe deposit vault was not working, the handy man came and the issue was not resolved. The operation of Elevator was worst. Taking too much time. We did not expect such a worst experience from Doubletree by Hilton and we paid a huge amount of money to stay in this hotel but it goes in vain and our stay was not comfortable at all. We came for a better stay and experience but unfortunately we could not get it. We will think twice next time before making a reservation in Doubletree Hilton. Not Happy and Not satisfied at all. Completely disappointed.
