So, where do I begin. If you are only booking for the location: beach short walk away or B.I. day trip.- then this could work in a pinch. However, the reviews are true. No pool, no restaurant and the elevator, would not trust it. Deck is warping in many spots and walls throughout the property are marked up and unkempt. Bedding and towels clean. Floors very dirty and expect your socks to get dirty. Check in staff was amazing. He was so welcoming and all smiles. Check out staff barely spoke 3 words. Will not stay again.

This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!

We had a great experience, from being able to check in hours early and utilizing the free shuttle to enjoying bites and beverages at the pool and interacting with friendly, helpful staff.
