The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capitol Square
"Stayed here last year for the marathon and had a great stay. This year there were obvious signs of disinterest from ownership in maintaining the normal standard of a quality hotel. No hot water in the shower; maintenance “fixed” it the first night, only for the issue to return the next morning and ..."

Crowne Plaza Columbus North- Worthington by IHG
"Stay was okay, room was clean, bathroom had a mildew smell, both elevators were down and everyone including staff had to use 1 service elevator which made it challenging with a full house from the twenty one pilots concert. Free breakfast was a joke. It was not good at all, nothing was stocked, food ..."

Sonesta Columbus Downtown
"The Sonesta was under massive construction which was not mentioned when booking. Additionally, the price of the room was +$400 a night for a tired, low popcorn-ceilinged room. The hallway carpet was dirty and pilled and in need of replacing. A 2-night minimum was required because of activities happening ..."

"I really appreciated the staff allowing me to have an extended check out, even though they were very busy. The property was very poorly maintained. We had no hot water in our room. However, the beds were comfortable and our room was decently clean."

"The check-in at the evening time was pretty smooth. Staff was very friendly. Valet was exceptional. Staff at checkout was phenomenal. Room service was great. "One night stay in Cbus for a sporting event - hotel was very quiet, clean and well located for where we needed to be the next day. Beds comfy and rooms where roomy. All other hotels the weekend we were there were very high priced. This one was very economical and worked well for our needs."

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Columbus I-70E/Reynoldsburg
"Not very clean. Lobby dated and grimy, hallways carpets stained and dirty, guest room floor dirty, closet door falling off the hinges, faucet ran extremely hot water and wouldn't turn off. No housekeeping service one day. Positive - the vanity was new, so was the shower enclosed. Towels were fluffy ..."

Hyatt House Columbus OSU / Short North
"Terrible experience. We booked 5 months in advance, and they gave away our larger 1-bedroom suite and replaced it with a simple single room with 2 queen beds. First, they claimed it was due to "a contract they had with OSU hospital," then they blamed third party apps (i.e. Expedia) for over booking ..."
