Upon checking in we noticed the hallway to our room was dirty. Needed vacuuming.amd shampooing. Hence the reason the lights were extremely dim going to the room. When going into our room the floor was dirty, the couch was dirty and upon checking for bedbugs we found crumbs on the mattress under the mattress protector. We also found what looked to be a dead bug although we couldn't be for sure. We did not stay and requested to cancel our reservation. Your desk clerk assured us she would cancel our reservation and we should receive a refund. Within 4 days.

We thought the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice bed to sleep in, beautifully made each morning, breakfast to eat, and a washroom, and free wifi, so our needs were met. There was always a good parking spot available. We were given a non smoking room that had definitely been smoked in, it was a little disappointing. The floor was sticky. And I received a washcloth covered in little hairs. So the cleanliness was kinda gross. We also had a wheelchair accessible shower which is ok, but the water would go everywhere so we had a lot of water to clean up every time we took a shower. But overall our needs were met, and we enjoyed our stay in Ohio.

Comfy bed but really needs a good cleaning

The good: price, comfortable esp the bed, had a great shower, microwave and fridge. Mostly quiet except you could hear anytime someone said anything in the hall. The bad: mattress was stained, light by the bed didnt work due to plug being bent, and everything was in need of deep clean. Tp didnt have a holder, roll just sat on the sink. Theyve obviously renovated it feom an older property but arent keeping it up which is too bad. They are also still doing single use toiletries.

Will not stay again

Was advised to have a pool, once arriving was told the pool was permanently closed. The air conditioning in the room would constantly turn off and on and was very loud. Walls were very thin and you heard everything.

I loved this hotel was great! The staff were friendly and polite. They were professional. The atea where the hotel is at, was also convenient. Their rooms service was great. No complaints whatsoever. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The outside and inside of the hotel looked well kept. The staff was polite and welcoming. The breakfast items were a variety and tasted good. The beds were comfortable, bathroom bright and spacious. Easy check-in and out. The only thing that I didn't like was that the floors were not swept properly nor wiped. It left a dusty residue on my socks and there was a visible dust pile near the table which I stepped on.
