Everyone was very nice room was clean ms Rebecca was very nice and sweet we had a nice conversation and she went out of her way to get my breakfast also ms Tiffany was very nice and sweet we also had nice conversations Terrance was very nice when i was checking out ms Jamie was also very nice i was home for a funeral my dad passed on January 11th and everyone was very nice and ms Tiffany said if i need anything to let her know i will return the next time i go home

Door was broken. Had to have staff let us in. Bed was old and broken down. Toilet would not fill or flush properly. Very dirty behind entertainment center. Remote control was falling apart. Guests above were extremely loud.

I can't say enough about Lee and his helpers in Maintenance! They dug my car out of the ice in the middle of a blizzard with over a foot of snow. Thank you!! Loved the whole staff, we were all stuck here together for 3 days, all great people.

This hotel was what I expected for Portsmouth but the associate was wonderful. The hotel was bad, the room was mopped with dirty mop water we wiped up the floor with a wet towel cause our feet was sticking to floor the towel was black when done it smelled like a____ I was very unsatisfied with this hotel it should not have. A 7 rating the pool was broke or down I would not recommend this hotel in this area!!!!! Worst super 8 I have stayed at

Rebecca in the breakfast area and Brianna at the front desk were very kind. The pool was disgusting with chunks of paint on the bottom of the pool. They ran out of towels so our family of six had four towels. The hall reeked of pot. The bed was comfortable.

The entire place smelled like weed! The bathroom and floor of the entire room was gross. My wife ended up going to purchase cleaning supplies to clean before we even attempted to unpack our luggage. The person working the desk smelled extremely heavy of weed! Would not recommend this location at all! My wife request that the general manger contact her we are Still waiting on the call back. We request extra towels and we were giving rags that the pool used.
