Hotel is comfortable , plenty of cafes near by for breakfast. Good location, within 5 minutes to the funicular up and down to the waterfront. The walk down takes about 20 min to the waterfront. The funicular 4 euro leaves you 5 minute walk to hotel.

Needed to speak to front desk about air conditioning 4 times. They sent someone after the second request but the room never cooled. Had to open the window which let in all the street noise. The shower floor was uneven and therefore dangerous. Expedia should know these facts. You told me a week before my trip started that the hotel booking I confirmed with you last winter was closed. It WASN’T! You lost your contract with them???? Certainly was open for business this week. I feel lied to by EXPEDIA

Our family vacation was great. The hotel is centrally located close to all of the major landmarks and delicious eateries. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. We took advantage of the spa and was suppose to receive a 20% discount, but it didn’t happen even after mentioning it to 2 staff members. Still waiting for a response for a spa refund.

In a very good location. Nice room with very comfortable bed and lovely soft bed linen. Large bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean Breakfast had good choice of hot and cold food. Definitely recommend the hotel
