Lovely helpful team of people, super breakfast, great rainfall shower and comfortable bed! The in room safe was tiny though, not much bigger than the passports and we couldn't lock /unlock it. It was about 11 minutes walking uphill on cobbles to get into the centre of the city but your fitness improves quickly! I do recommend this hotel

Great hotel, 4.9 stars.

Beautiful interior in old building. Excellent service. Location is great. We would be delighted to return to this hotel. Only negative is entrance requires either climbing stairs or walking up a stone ramp. Fortunately the lady at the desk came and helped with our bags.

Great stay! Friendly staff, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was good (plus cake and coffee were always available). The only tiny thing that I could point out is that the room was small, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Friendly staff, clean, walking distance to main places to visit, snacks available all day, as well as coffee, tea, water and even port wine to taste. Complimentary filtered water provided in the room. Beautifully designed interior with modern and historical elements of the old building perfectly combined. Rooms have everything you need except for an iron, but i’m sure it could be provided if needed. Will return again, if staying in this area.
