Very clean, good customer service. However there was a small incident at the desk, the receptionist thought my family member was a vendor/helper. My cousin is African American. They apologized. A proper greeting would have avoided this embarrassing moment. I enjoyed the breakfast and the availability of fruits and waters to start my day. This was an extra nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at ICON Duplo Ribeira in Porto. Our room was absolutely beautiful, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and we especially appreciated how quiet the room was, even though it overlooked the main street. The included breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of delicious continental and cooked options to start the day. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern feel throughout. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Porto. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The ICON Duplo hotel was a nice surprise for us being just 2 min walk to the River. The rooms were modern and even though we faced the busy street, we never heard noise once the windows were completely shut. (Keep in mind we went in November so the crowds were low). The breakfast offered a great variety and lots of healthy options. The staff were extremely friendly and professional namely Isabel and Beatrice. If we return to Porto, we will stay here again. Also, Pregar was a great spot to grab a bite just across the street. Reasonable, good food and super kind staff.

In addition to the excellent location, the staff, the welcome, the gifts, the details, all made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent too. The variety, the service was great. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The whole package. I highly recommend it.
