The room was VERY clean and we loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are definitely showing their age and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Great view to the ocean. In between your view will be a parking lot and swimming pool. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom needs upgrades. Staff was nice. Town was empty. Property is a block away from train tracks. Train honking fews time in the night.

The housekeeper left our door open after cleaning. We were gone all day and anyone/everyone had access to our room. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The balcony had rotten wood just painted over missing pieces. We left the property and shortened our vacation because the whole vibe was off there.

The room was decent, beds were comfortable. The little patio off the room and the distsnce to the beach were nice perks. However, the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything around and it made it very hard to sleep or enjoy any quiet time. The wifi also went in and out constantly so that was annoying.

Its an excellent hotel. Just a tiny heads up: be careful with the shower the don't have fan to circulate the air within the shower. I almost faint taking a long steaming shower. Always leave the shower door a little bit open

Fun location in a classic American seaside town, great spot for a couple of Nova Scotians to explore the area and make a daytrip to Boston. Room was a little old and cramped but clean enough and functional, although a microwave would have been good. I wouldn't stay here in peak season though, the town would be jam packed, and the hotel was loud enough in October due to overlooking the pool and kids playing soccer in the parking lot. I can't imagine how bad this would be in the summer. Overall a hit, we enjoyed the stay, but it ain't the Ritz!
