The pool table was a nice different thing to do when at the hotel, but there was only one so we never had a chance to play. Park lot is big. They had a nice little snack bar with wine and beer, this was a nice surprise when you dont want to go back out for a snackit drink.

Nice hotel bad parking situation

We had a good trip. The parking lot is very frustrating when you get back in the evening and can’t find a place to park. Circling fir 10-20 minutes on multiple nights got annoying.

Very loud near the roadway and footsteps above me. Bed was comfortable. I got charged for parking but no one even asked me about it, they said the swipe on my card was for incidentals but i was charged for parking- but hadn’t been told about that charge before.

All around clean and comfortable!

Friendly and prompt shuttle driver, despite late arrival due to delay. Easy check in, very clean room, exfeptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom.

The property is very congested and busy. It advertises as having a pool but the build doesn’t have one. You have to walk to the next door hotel. The room was not as clean as I’d like. The soap in the bathroom leaks and floor was dirty.

Branden was at the desk when I arrived. I had spoken to him the previous night with questions about parking for the jetport shuttle. He was VERY helpful in explaining the website for the Right Way Parking was outdated and assured me that parking was very easy and safe in front of the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was very clean. My room was very clean. I liked the large refillable bottles of soap, shampoo, & conditioner. The room was quiet considering it faced Maine Mall Rd. Access to restaurants & shopping was convenient.
