Very good bed! We do think there should have been an easier way to watch TV for free.....we had to pay for one night of programs. Why was there no free TV available. We've never had to pay for TV before in hotels. Nice staff. Great cookies!

The staff is super friendly and accomodating. The room the handle on my sink broke off and then when I did get the water on the sink was clogged and the water wouldnt go down. I asked to change rooms they said they couldnt. I went to take a shower and there was grime in the tub I had to shower with slippers on. They were doing construction so trying to sleep in late wasnt an option with all the noise. Then the last day when I was ready to leave, I get to my car and apprently someone tried to steal my bumper over night. It was hanging off. The place is near all the popular spots if ur driving and if not they have a shuttle.

This property needs updates to the rooms. When we stayed, they were doing renovations downstairs. Our room had one tissue shoved in the box that who knows if someone touched, certainly looked like it. The bathroom had broken pieces in the shower and mold build up around the tub. Sheets had a stain. Curtains were broken. It was just in rough shape. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years but, this will likely be our last.

Ammenities were nice with ice machine handy and microwave and refrig in room. Crabtree and Evelyn soaps in bath were very nice. Staff did not give me a quick overview of the facility. Check in was very brief with no eye contact and hurried discussion. Only one key was offered and not asked about 2. And I was not told about delicious Choc-chip cookies. I had to overhear the check-in manager telling another customer. NOT a good welcoming if they would like people returning to their facility. It felt like I was pretty insignificant perhaps due to using Expedia?

This stay was ok. Pool was not very clean. And happen to be a cheer competition nearby so lots of families with kids running around. Booked two rooms and had assumed they would be connected, sadly they were not. Nor was it an option as it was sold out. Could hear the kids being loud next door into the night.
