Such a magical place. Location is within the old wall but is only a short walk down to the bars and restaurants. Amazing views of the port. The buildings are wonderful and the staff are very knowledgeable explaining the history. Staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. My new favourite hotel and looking forward to visiting again.

I do think when all inclusive spa should be included in price. Also lunch and dinner buffet could be better. Breakfast was nice. Had a lovely massage as-well. Would’ve loved to have got into the hair salon but it was always booked out. Will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks

Nice location. Beautiful views from adult pool area. Well appointed rooms (illy coffee and Molton Brown products). Staff is friendly but useless. Coffees ordered did not arrive, check in took long, they tried to upsell us on an “special offer” that was way above Expedia pricing. Also upon arrival there was no electricity in the room and later one of our bathrooms turned out to have no water. All was fixed quickly but I expect not to have to call for these basics at this price. An apology never came either. Lastly: I think the Laguna/kids area pool is subpar: fake grass, muddy lounging area, hot; no views. Feels more like a three star area

We were away for our first girls trip to Ibiza. The villa exceeded all expectations. The welcome from the staff was super. Friendly and informative. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. Everything had been thought of- kitchen was well quit for Brits with a kettle and a n’espresso machine. The pool was perfect and cleaned daily with separate towels provided. You can order breakfast direct to the villas as well as cocktails! There is a small supermarket across the road. Quiet and safe with a few small restaurants within walking distance. Within 5 minutes of arrival we were already planning our next stay! I can’t recommend highly enough.

This is a great hotel. They definitely keep it clean. My biggest problem here was there’s no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It looks like it had been broken for some time. Because they already planned on having a bunch of fans in there. Which wasn’t great because there was a lady with long hair sitting in front of it every morning. I was worried that her hair would blow into the buffet food. The staff and the restaurant definitely made up for it because they are very helpful and showed me a good seat to sit outside where I would get a breeze. One day the water was turned off a few hours and when it was back on the water was coming out with the rust They invited me to use the spa for the day, which was really just a shower and a hot tub and a sauna. In my opinion, they could’ve done more for me considering I was one day without a shower in a very expensive hotel.

Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place
