The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.

We were here for 10 days from the end of June - July 2026, the weather was good , the scenery was amazing, the walk to the rooms was also good as it allowed to get a few steps in after meals. The meals provided in the buffet restaurants were generally the same food served daily. The mini bar in rooms were restocked every 2nd day, which was good. The cleaners cleaned daily however sheets were not changed daily. The resort itself, although stated it was a family resort, the entertainment was more of a clubbing vibe for younger adults, also the live entertainment by dancers were absolutely amazing however, again I feel this was or should be focused more on adults not children, therefore I feel there should be separate entertainment for under 12s. Nevertheless the staff were friendly and catered to all your needs , the only other negative part was the medical center as there did not appear to be any first aid on the beach and when enquired at the medical center, we were advised if treatment was required it would be provided at a cost as they are a private company.

The staff was Amazing!! Friendly and courteous

The atmosphere was great but the house keeping staff was lack luster when it came to cleaning. Would go again provided the the one issue had is resolved.
