It is typical 3 star property, our rooms have kitchenette. The staff are 5 star, attentive and accommodating to please the guest. Special thanks to Chrissy. The place meets our needs as a group, so surprised that they are affiliated with Paradise Mini Golf Club that our group of 11 enjoyed complementary games too. It was a great visit in Nanaimo, husbands played golf while wives enjoyed shopping and strolling the nearby beaches.

Very clean, and friendly office people easy access for my presently handicapped wife. Liked ability to drive around the back to the restaurant instead of walking to it.

What a beautiful spot on the ocean Highly recommend room 121 on the ground level steps from the boardwalk and beach The staff were very friendly and helpful

Room smells horrible:( smells like wet dogs… Windows were cracked and pool water was filthy.. Staff were very friendly though

Good location Clean room

The staff is superb. They have bent over backwards for my needs while I have an extended stay here while my husband has been in hospital. It's extremely clean, simple and just what I need. I feel very safe here staying alone with their sign in codes to get into building and my room. I will definitely stay here again.

Parking was great.
