Everything was great. The staff were great. Close to everything. Love it I will come back.

Air conditioning barely worked. Didn’t know they had free breakfast. Wasn’t explained. Asked staff to book transfer to train and he forgot. Very tiny room and lots of stairs and different doors and keys to use

I was worried when, a couple of days before my trip, I got an email saying you may not be able to drive up to the hotel because it's in a Historic District, but Uber and Chauffeurs could park right in front. And the Jazz from the Restaurant next door during the day and evening made me feel like I was in a 1950s movie. My hotel stay in Rome was the best part of my vacation.

Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.
