Overall, the hotel was excellent. The staff was wonderful, the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel’s proximity to Old Town Munich and Munchen Hauptbahnhof was perfect. It’s a must-stay location for Munich travel.

Beautiful hotel, attention to details by staff. Dyson hair dryer, were the icing on the cake.

Pros: Great staff and service at checkin and checkout, roof top bar is cool, central location walkable to many attractions. Cons: the property itself is not impressive, no grand lobby, small restaurant area, very small pool at the roof top advertised as a major attraction, limited breakfast buffet. If you ever stayed at a Ritz, Savoy, Four Seasons this hotel would be the least impressive one. Lastly, valet dung the trunk of my rental, not a big deal since I have full coverage but annoying to deal with the paper work.

The room was very basic, but clean. Shower water pressure was great. The staff and morning breakfast were the most enjoyable.
