Needs to be cleaned more and deep Cleaning is very much needed

They threw away everything I had in the room after I told them I was staying another night and had already paid/booked. Then last night they called the cops on me because there was a disturbance and they assumed it was me instead of checking things out. Come to find out of course it wasn't me it was a room two rooms down from me.Terrible 4 nights. Don't stay here.

We went to the bar/restaurant when we got in. As we walked over to bar, expecting someone to at least acknowledge us, they did not. Bar was not busy 2 others were sitting there. Noted the manger of bar was there at time David, he didn't bother looking our way. Even if it were busy I would expect, "We will be right there." That didn't happen. That manger needs a lesson in customer service. Other than that the stay was fair.

Pool not heated ,breakfast was HORRIBLE, plus they over charged me for 2 nights and the jacuzzi tub doesn't work properly. Then the receptionist at Desk was not to nice, she didn't know what she was doing, the room was stale smoke smell, bed was uncomfortable and tub was yellow, could bath in it, I stayed here the last 3 years when we came to Alexandria and this is the 1st time I was disappointed, we will be going over to Pineville Conference center and hotel, great service with then earlier this year. I do want to say, the name changed from best western to cypress landing, so usually, its new manger, and it went poor on all services.
