Great location if you're looking to be close to the beach and boardwalk(walking distance and private access). The wifi was not good in our room (321) unfortunately (no biggie). The room was adequate, VERY firm beds. Watch the shower curtain rod, they're not permanently installed. Overall a nice place regardless of these little things.

Upon check-in there was an unidentified brown liquid all over the carpets. It ruined our socks when we walked through it. After I cleaned it up it was identified to be coffee. My son sat in it, ruining his shorts. The indoor pool filter wasn’t running when we tried to go in, so the water was still and there were bandaids and hair floating on the surface. Our bathroom door hit the toilet when you tried to open it, and there was no where to hang wet towels- not a hook in sight. We checked out a night early because it was so gross. (Our reservation was only for two nights to begin with.) it’s a shame because it’s a nice area.

This is my second stay at the White Sands. We love it because it’s quiet and close to the boardwalk. The beach is private which is very nice and easily accessible from the hotel. The pool is also very nice with plenty of space to enjoy. My only complaint is they take awhile to clean the rooms and while doing so, the walkway seems cluttered and messy.

This was an interesting, convenient, accessible resort. There were two outdoor pools and an indoor pool to enjoying it rained, a private beach, and several on-site food options. It could only have been made better by having a lower end late afternoon food option. The hotel, itself, was beautifully quirky. Walking around, I found neat area such as a library nook and a gate with a mermaid design. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. I will be visiting here again!
