I only came for one day while needing some quiet time to get work done, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews I’ve seen online, but I had a decent experience. The staff was cordial, the room was clean, and I liked my little patio area that faced the courtyard. The hotel shares space with a pub/restaurant, but it wasn’t rowdy or sketchy during my stay and I didn’t feel unsafe at all. (Then again, I’m from NYC 😛)

The property needs a serious renovation, which can be overlooked if it’s clean and the beds are comfortable…but not the case. The beds were awful, the room needed a good cleaning, the hallways smelled like stale smoke. Not a place I would recommend.
