Checked in, keys didnt work but it was the battery that was dead on the door. Then when the guy was changing the door battery someone inside opened the door and was wondering what we were doing. Went to front desk, the manager was rude and didnt have good customer service. Got new room. Shower was broken. Breakfast was horrible!

There was a keffiyeh stuffed under the sink with many long black hairs. The tub was not clean. I had to convince my wife to stay. She was mortified.

Disappointed in this last stay. Have stayed here many times in the past years. The room felt like a hot damp sauna even with the AC on. The floors felt like they had heat cables in them they were so warm. Then when we tried the shower at 7 a.m. there was absolutely NO hot water. Not even luke warm. Still none by 8:30 a.m. Check-in was very unfriendly the night before. Acted like we were a big bother to even be there. Much different than the stay a few nights prior.

It's dirty 4 ice machine and not one of them wrking smells the carpet old dirty and torn we had no shower curtain was looking forward to nice quiet evening after driving maybe nice dinner and drink nope restaurant Close so thought we try the pool oh hell no at least 30 plus kids in the pool the pool was a mess the kid left towels shoes toys everywhere gave up got up to go home the pool was the same dirty mess Please don't go by the pics on theirs web site STAY AWAY

I liked that it was near our destination from the fairgrounds as we had horse racing. Also the pools and the smaller one for the younger kids as not other hotels have that, those were the two reasons why we stayed there. What’s unique about this hotel is the structure of it but definitely needs more remodeling and attention in terms of cleaning! Dirty carpet, stairs trashy, dust everywhere!, no one is checking the pools, I had to go to the front desk and complian as it was trashy! The shower tubs really need a good scrub! And the water doesn’t drain well. There was a huge group of people that had an event during our 3 night stay that it was horrible as they did not care about their kids!, I had to complain to one of the kidos as they kept spraying me and my family with water guns!!! They even had pool inflatable equipment! Also around 11:30pm on a Sunday they had a barbecue outside the parking lot!!! Definitely no one in the hotel pays attention! Also one of the staff from kitchen looked like a homeless person! Wearing sweatpants and a hoodie on and covering his head!!!! Also one night we had people that had a dog and wouldn’t stop barking for about one hour till I had to complain again! This hotel really needs better staff and attention. This was our second time staying there but really disappointed!!!

This property was great value, with a good location and a decent breakfast. Some of the facilities are a little dated but it appears theya re updating it. For the price it is really nice.

The room and hotel were very clean and orderly. The staff was very efficient and helpful. The continental breakfast had lots of variety and was well tended. The only downside, the guests in the ajoining room could be heard half the night.

Great place. Wish it had an elevator to get to 2nd floor room instead of stairs. Balcony off the room that overlooked the pool and hot tub. Problem was the pool was open until 10pm and kids were playing and squealing in the pool until then and we go to bed around 9pm. A little loud but room was spacious and comfortable
