The staff was exceptional. From check in to asking for towels for the pool. They were great. Our dogs were welcomed. Only gripe - breakfast. Wish there was a little more options. Overall stay was great.

Best Western Troy Hotel
The tub was backed up and took an hour to drain. On the elevator, I was another guest with a plunger going back to her room, They should not even be renting out rooms now. Terrible.

The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back
