Marcelino en Arenal estuvo fantástico muy amable y atento la persona encargada de limpieza perdón no recuerdo su nombre hizo muy bien su trabajo asi como la chica de servicio de la tarde lo malo no dan información de actividades que se están llevando en el hotel hasta que uno pregunta ya no son tan exigentes para asistir a la presentación del club vacacional solo un dia tuvimos inconvenientes en el desayuno en el mercado nunca nos atendió un mesero pero de ahi en fuera transporte de ida y regreso a parques muy eficientes transporte aeropuerto ida y vuelta muy bien !!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Xcaret Arte! They offer so many activities to do and literally the property is unreal. The nature and animals makes the experience amazing!! The people are kind and helpful. I went by myself and the tour of Xenotes and Xochimilco were just out of this world. I'm looking forward to booking here again in the near future!! Food was soo good too!

Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvements We recently stayed at this resort and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially for a place marketed as an all-inclusive destination. Poor Hospitality and Inconvenient Booking Process
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality fell short. It often felt like we were inconveniencing the staff rather than being welcomed as guests. Booking activities or making plans was unnecessarily complicated — nothing felt seamless. Instead of being helped through the process, we were left to figure things out on our own, which really impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the resort. Everything seemed to be fully booked all the time, and no one on staff offered us solutions or alternatives. We ended up missing out on several things we had hoped to do during our stay. Resort Layout and Navigation is Confusing
Getting around the resort was a constant struggle. The directional signs and maps are not helpful at all. We often found ourselves wandering in circles trying to find restaurants or activities. Simple fixes like more signage, clearer building numbers, or even colored pathways would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Food Quality is Lacking
The food was another major letdown. Although there was a lot of variety, the quality just wasn’t there. It felt like the resort prioritized the amount of food rather than the quality. I overall felt like we were treated like another number in our stay.

The property and room was beautiful. The waitstaff, cleaning service, and receptionist were kind and informative, however we were directed to the concierge for most issues/problems/questions and they gave us the bare minimum. Example: we had no clue that we could book private transportation to and from the airport and the concierge made it seem as if it was our only option. The restaurants were very good as well, great food and ambience, however we were stuck eating at the same restaurant most nights because you needed to make reservations for almost all of them, not just the ones listed. Also you are only told once that the pools and bars open and close at 7, this is an adults only resort, it would make sense to have things open later than 7 that way you can actually enjoy the amenities after you return from excursions. Overall though the hotel was nice, staff was attentive, and we had a wonderful time other than the three things mentioned.
