Nice, clean hacienda style place. Good air conditioning; beds were comfortable; room size was good; location was excellent. Only complaint was water in shower never got above tepid and on Thursday and Friday night I could hear/feel base of music from a bar down the street. It wasn’t bad and didn’t keep me awake, but noticed it in the background when I was awake. I figure it is a small trade off for the great location and being able to walk everywhere I wanted.

The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach, souvenir shops, the ferry, and the ADO bus station, making it easy to get around. The area felt safe, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Room service did an excellent job making the bed and respecting our belongings, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was quite stuffy and had a noticeable moldy smell, likely due to the humidity and the age of the building. The door didn’t close properly, causing it to make noises throughout our stay. Also, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The biggest downside was the WiFi—it simply didn’t work. Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient location and don’t mind some maintenance issues, this could be an option, but improvements are needed.

The hotel was okay for my one night stay. Having to carry my 2- 50 pound suitcases up 3 floors was not so good. There was no one to help. The staff is very friendly. The one strange thing was that you are not allowed to drink your beer in the lobby or lower level but you can drink it on the street. All in all it was good.

Great hotel! Incredibly accessible location - the hotel is close to everything. It's right on quinta, next to ADO and ferry, not to mention all the dining options. We loved the hacienda style - the room was spacious, beautiful and unique, and the hotel had a cozy feeling to it. The best was the big balcony with a nice view. Really worth it for the price!

I loved the feel of this hotel. It reminded me of Encanto. I think that's probably the only positive I can say. Check-in wasn't bad. We were told we could get towels for the beach-no towels. Room service wasn't done cleaning our room when we checked in so I finished helping. No wash clothes... we had ONE to share with 3 people for 5 days. They did not give us more bottled water so we went to Walmart to get some. Showers were FREEZING. Pool was FREEZING. Another guest got beaten up and bled all over the steps and floor... never cleaned up. Nobody spoke English.
